Policy on Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges made within 15 days of receiving your order, according to our return or exchange policy. You must return the things in their original condition at your own expense; we will not reimburse you for any shipping costs you incur while returning the items to us. There are no returns or exchanges on opened sealed, broken, or unopened package products.

Refusals of Orders

Any Customer having a history of declining cash on delivery orders in the past, Shaping Nutrition has the right to refuse any order. We will not mail new orders in most situations if someone has declined to do so twice in the past.

Compensation for Shipping

There are no shipping refunds or compensations available in any case.

Damaged or broken items during shipping

Shaping Nutrition takes the best packaging measures possible, but because some Supplements items are very delicate, if something is damaged by the shipping company during transit, you must contact us as soon as possible after receiving those items, and we will not return or exchange such items, but we will provide you with a discount coupon based on the damage that occurred.

These claims will be settled within 7-10 business days.
